In 2006, we acquired Sleeman, a Canadian beer manufacturer ranked number three in the country. Our relationship with the company began through OEM manufacturing in 2002. They had a reputation for their premium beers and were similarly interested in craftsmanship. This mutual understanding led to our acquisition of the company. Bringing Sleeman into our portfolio allowed us to take further strides in the North American market.
